OK, do this for me really quick, go and flush your toilet and tell me which way the water spins. I heard that it spins the opposite direction on the south side of the planet. When I flush mine, it goes counter-clockwise. Tell me if yours flushes clockwise. I want to know if this is a myth or not.. lol. Has something to do with the magnetic poles and gravity I think.......

I was not implying that you all were dirty and needed to flush your toilets! HAHAHA.........

BTW: I just realized something........ I am a very late night person, it's like almost 3:30 in the morning right now. That kind of blows because all the other Probe guys are in bed by now and the forum there is DEAD. But you guys are ROCKIN' in the wee hours of the night! (or the wee hours of the day depending) - so when I'm up late like this I'll just hang with you guys...

Didn't you ever see that episode where the Simpsons came to Australia? Bart asked a little Aussie kid the exact same question you have (although he pretended to be a scientist) but the call was a collect. Bart got bored with the prank and didn't hang up the phone, meanwhile the kid has gone to his next door neighbours dunny to check (the neighbour being 8 hrs away!), yada yada yada.

Yes our toilets spin clockwise (or whichever way is opposite to you'alls)!

It's 3:30 am Tuesday morning over there? Here it's 11:30 pm Tuesday night east coast Melbourne time! The time diff b/w Aus and the US never ceases to amaze me!

Yeah no kidding, and we have our own time zone, in the continental US it's really anywhere from 4:30-8:30 in the morning right now!

So I guess it is true then............ haha, maybe I remember that Simpsons episode and that's what prompted me to ask! LOL. Did anyone flush their toilet to verify it for me? LOL

true? I have never once seen a toilet water spin. Like JEM said it sucks but it dont spin.

you mean it's 11:30 Eastern Australian Standard Time? as in SYDNEY time? cuz i never heard of a melbourne time zone? MUHAHAHAHA!!! sorry, i love to come down to melbourne, but i love to poke fun at it as well. :D
