Interesting snippet from V8x...

In addition to the 'usual' two 100km races at most rounds, which include compulsory pit stops for tyre changes, series organisers AVESCO have added an additional 20-minute 'sprint' race to the schedule for this weekend. The sprint race will take place on Saturday afternoon following the conclusion to qualifying, with the two 100km races set down for Sunday.

HIDDEN VALLEY STATS
Track length: 2.9km
Lap record: Jason Bright 1m09.0419s (1999)
Qualifying record: Craig Lowndes 1m08.6062s (2000)
Duration: One 20-minute sprint race (Saturday), Two x 100km races (Sunday).
Both 100km races require compulsory pit stops for mandatory tyre change.

Could be an interesting weekend.. :D :thumbup:

I've given up picking for this season. All I can say is I hope that Seton can grab some points this weekend and that Bowe can continue running up the front. Oh yeah, Go Lowndes, Ambrose, Besnard, Ellery, Radisich, Richards, Johnson, Larkham, McLean, Weel, Jones, Tratt, Canto, Halliday & Forbes - do I have to?
