I have a school Ball in about a months time. Dont want to be a sheep in a limo!

I want to hire a porsche or Falcon GT something hot.
Must have 4 seats. Im in Perth and having lots of grief.

Has anyone got any ideas or would like to be a chauffeur for me and my sexy date??

If you're looking at hiring the car for self drive or getting family/friends to drive it. I have looked at a couple of sites for self drive rentals in the past and alot of the better cars you need to be 25 or older to hire them. The really good cars you need to be 30+. A friend wanted a convertible and couldn't even get a 60's Mustang convertible - needed to be 25+. They got an MX-5 instead

i was VERY lucky, managed to get a Red BA GT with black stripes for 2 hrs, I left my car at the DP's house, he handed over the keys with strict instructions to have it back 2hrs later!

So naturally I enjoyed myself whilst sh!tting myself for those 2 hours, but it was awesome.

Course, that only happened cos we're close family friends of the DP.

Best thing I can suggest is approaching the local dealers, majority of them will see it as a good chance to advertise, and they will provide a driver (no way you'll get the keys!), you will most likely have to pay for it, but hey - whats a tank of fuel when you're turning up in a GT?!

There is a XY GT Limo going around that I have seen a few times. Silver with orange stripes, looks top notch!! The guy who owns the XY limo also has a 57 Chev Limo with an LS1, last time I saw that it was still being put together, also very nice. They are from the Kwinana/Rockingham area.

But I have seen the XY doing the rounds many times, sounds horn!!! You might wanna do a search on the web or have a look at yellowpages.com

As for your ball mate, I'd consider looking at a proper limo company that specialises in something a bit different. You could try and get a hire car company, but you'd have to have the driver with you at the time, plus your not guaranteed the car you want, like when I made a request for an xr6 and ended up with a magna.....
