As much as i love my fords........i would have one of these things any day. I hate to say it but i think fords really in the sh*t now. As a previous falcon ute owner and a current falcon sedan owner, i can see how good this thing is going to be. Why are ford always behind the 8 ball when it comes to great ideas, concepts and vehicles like these? (im not sayin theres anything wrong with what they have now.....) and I know the crewman is just a 4 door commodore ute with a tray, but thats just it. so simple yet so practical and effective. A dual cab with a 5.7lt V8!!!!!!!!! If i had 46 grand to buy a car with, i hate to say it but.........i might just go down to my local holden dealer unless ford could come up with an xr8 or xr6t dual cab. Imagine that!!!!!
I saw a nice red F-250 crew cab the other day then i saw in the Holden dealer 5 minutes later a red Crewman....Hmmmm which one would I prefer? Man this is a hard choice... Hehe the Crewman is a piece of junk! What a waste of a good engine!

hehe yeah those F series are damn nice, and too bad they start at around 60thou! the crewman i think is aimed at more of a recreational sorta buyer, and for that purpose i think it would be great, on the other hand though if u wanna a tough, unbreakable duel cab thats gonna tow anything, i guess u cant go past those F series beasts
1 word UGLY, and whats this about a good engine? hmmm. good concept but i just think it is plain UGLY, if i wanted a ute id buy a ute if i wanted a sedan id buy one, the only duel cab id buy is a hilux or navara 4x4 and the crewman certainly aint 4x4 so whats the point??
just to add there has only been 2 sold from motorama one of the largest holden dealers in brissy so it goes to show how popular they are.....NOT

Give it time. They're a great concept and they have many potential buyers. Perfect for the Aussie bloke with a family that works/likes recreational activities. I'd prefer a F-250 too, but not everyone has that type of money or wants something so big.

I truly would try and stick with Ford, but that Crewman is going to have to sell up a storm.

I absolutely HATE the "you'd be popular ads" They stir no emotion at all about the cars, and are just plain annoying and dumb. Should foucus more on the car and lesson the guy who sells it.
