Hahaha - was watching punk'd on channel 10 (not MTV hehehe) and one of the guys (Dax?) was playing the part of a shop keeper trying to get ino a store, he had a locksmith there cracking his lock...
... part of the conversation was that Dax apparently spent time in Australia and asked the locksmith if he'd ever seen or driven an Austalian car. The locksmith said no, and Dax said...
.."Don't bother! I think they call them Holdens. They're lousy, really poor craftsmanship. They are real lazy bastards down in Australia."
I nearly fell off the chair!! Suck shit Holden, there's some international acclaim (pun intendid) for you!!
"When I joined the marines all they gave us was two sticks and a rock! And we had to share the rock between the whole platoon!"

Not that I like Holdens much but even my company commode dosent have bits falling of the interior like the Mustang I hired 18 months ago.
I think that most Aussie cars have pretty good craftsmanship, not to mention that some of them even have Rear wheel drive. Try and find a seppo car that isnt front wheel drive apart from Mustangs and Crown Victorias.

Yeah I agree mate, I don't think American cars are any better, in fact they are probably far worse. But still, getting shot down by a Yank on national television. Priceless!
