How can the VY be having these problems? If it is effectively a carried over VT (mechanically) than why would they turn up now, and not in earlier cars. Personally, I don't believe that post.

After my visit to Ford and meeting some of there employees, there is a different feeling about them and I felt sorry for all the workers who have had a bad time since 1997 when the AU was released.
I think that you would be annoyed if some Holden supporters were saying similar things when the AU came out.

As I mentioned in the LS1 forum, I hope for Holden that is just a bad rumour.

Considering that the comment was made from an employee, he's either really concerned about the quality or not concerned about his job and the jobs of others.

The world is just too small for this sort of crap to be floating around the net. There must be plenty of Holden employees that read LS1.com.au and it wouldnt be hard to track down who the poster was.

Would you really be that stupid? Besides. Holden apparently Holden did 1.5million clicks in the VY. It cant be that bad can it?

Let's not get too carried away or cocky with this stuff guys. Whether it's true or not, we should be more concerned with a successful launch of the Barra than getting excited about Holden's troubles.
