In any prang the amount of damage depends on angle and point of impact, relative velocity, etc etc etc.
I've seen a CBR600 near fold a Falcon wagon in half with a side impact whith bike relatively undamaged. I still think I'd rather have been in the Falcon.
I'll dont mind taking the odd good humoured swipe or two at commie build quality etc, but this one proves nothing. Preferred the pics of the VS on top of the sigma personally.

That's because of the Falcon's monocoque chassis. While already being a really weak design, that bike happened to hit the weakest part of the car, hence why it totally demolished it.
I saw some pics of a head on between a Ford Crown Vic and Maxima. Maxima was crumpled all the way up to the A pillar, while the Crown Vic's front end was about 100m away from the rest of the car, was absolutely ****ed in comparison. And I thought those Fords were tanks...
