Lightbulb In honour of Howard Marsden

Hey Guys, I was as distressed as you were when I heard of Howards passing. I have spoken to him on a few occasions and was one of the nicest blokes you could ever have a yarn with, so down to earth. He will be sorely missed and my condolences go out to his family.
Since he has done so much for the Ford Motor Company for so many years and was instrumental in all those glorious victories at Bathurst during the GTHO years, and worked so hard to revive the race program in recent years, I strongly believe he should be rewarded for all his efforts in a special way.
I am not affiliated with Ford in any way, so this is purely an idea.
Why dont we name the new FPR race centre after him in some way or dedicate a section of it to him or some other form of remembrance and respect. I think this would be a very fitting tribute to him and would be a great way to get some sort of positive out of this sad loss.
I hope you all agree with me, and I hope that the right person in Ford is reading this..............
Please share your opinions on what we can do.

Yes that is a great idea he was one of the main driving forces behind Ford in Motorsport for many years and this would really honour such a great bloke.

I like the idea I was actually trying to think of something the other day that could be named in his honour I was thinking part of a race track or something but I like your idea of naming FPR's headquarters after him.

Brilliant idea, i'm sure the guys at Ford would probably feel the same.

How apt to have the motorsport centre for winning fords of the future named after the bloke who was instrumental with the winning fords of the past
