How can this be!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Talking to the old man about what company car to get next and i asked him if XR's are yet available as lease cars (he works at Ford). To my surprise he said, yes, they have just been announced as available last week or so.

I did not ask as to which models, but surely with the lengthy delievery times on XR6T and XR8 Ford should be aiming to satisfy their customers first and for most. Perhaps dad can only get the XR6 N/A and not the turbo. Are there waiting times for the N/A model?

I know production has moved from PFV to the factory, but is this going to solve the issue or lengthy delievery times?

Re: How can this be!?!?!?!?!?!?!

XR6's are being chosen by some companys for fleet cars because their resale value is held better than a base model, say an XT.

Re: How can this be!?!?!?!?!?!?!

you think they would not be much better off in the long run with higher initial purchase, insurance and parts (eg. tyres) costs?
