Hi

Just wondering, what experience or event made you like Fords, or any make of car?

Mine was watching Bathurst 1992, when Johnson pulled a 2.12 in his Sierra, then kept up (sort of) with Richard's GT-R.

Learning to dirve in my Dads 79 TE cortina, i just love all the old GT's and the sound that come's from that 351 V8

and i now own a XF

Accidently, I wanted a commodore, my dad said over his dead body and bought me a EF falcon for my first car. It felt like a v12 after driving & thinking VN's were powerful. I'll never return to the dark side of thinking now.

i guess it would have to be that we own a ed falcon. oh yeh and that every1 around me likes ford over holden.

Dad drove Holdens when I was younger, and they always broke down.

Then he bought a Falcon, and never had any troubles.

Then I bought a Falcon, then another, and another.

I went shopping for a VS Berlina when I spotted an EF XR6. The rest is history.

I've been around Fords for my whole life. My Grandfather and Uncles are all mechanics and they have always had Fords, my uncles actually got a XW GS Fairmont and it is beuatiful, didn't really take much notice until I realised how many dumb bastards were around who liked holdens with not even a conceded complement to any Ford even if they knew it was better, I guess I just like being the underdog! Now I've got an XR6 and I am going to show, in a couple of years, all my mates what a real car is!
