I really would like a 3 door or a 2wd 4door (tail happy sod I am!!!)

There have been a few quite cheap and I'm not shy with the tools so cleaning up isn't a problem the problem is the wife .

She has had a bad experience of these cars as an ex used to have one (not a cossie though) .

So how do I convince her . The point being she is willing to get a fast car as a Golf VR6 and a Subaru Imprezza have been discussed so the only draw back is this "ex" thing and she thinks they are too old????

I could convince her to take a test drive ?????

Or buy it and then tell her ?????

But either way I may just get my balls in my hands to play with !!!!

So any advice would be greatfully recieved!!!!

Sounds like a bit of a prob John. Maybe you could tell her it is an ideal car for going on that long awaited cruise to that romantic weekend away spot (grease,grease,) where you can test out a whole heap of bedroom kamasutra over the course of a couple of days.Wine ,dinners ,viagra,vitamin pills LOL etc.

looks like I won but it has to be under £3000 this will be difficult but may find a clean original high millage that just needs a rebuild on the engine .

I'm up for that kind of stuff but we will see!!!!!!!
