Question How much did you pay for your Falcon

Similar topic running on the LS1 forum.

So what deal did you get, what options were included, how long did you wait and where did you get it?

I'll start it off.

XR8 series III ute. Monson Blue, body kit standard.
Full tank of fuel. XR8 mats. tow kit. sports bars. First aid kit. Fire extinguisher.

$37,000 on road from Courtney & Patterson, Melbourne, 1 week wait, car in holding yard.

1986 XF GL sedan bought in 1993 for around $10,000. Just a stocky, but not anymore! Last year spent a few dollars and whacked in a 351. God I love that car .......

March 1998. EL Series II GLi Sapphire (Cruise, Fast Glass in front, Alloys, Metallic Paint (missed out cos mine's white)). $30,152. Insurance was about $1,500 but I got 6 months first off so that insurance and rego were staggered by 6 months.

Put the deposit down one Saturday and picked it up the next Saturday. Car was already in the holding yard.

Off-white EL Series II Falcon GLi Sapphire (4.0L Slothmatic™) with K&N Filtercharger, Tickford Sports Suspension, DBA Longlife Gold (front), DBA Longlife Slotted (rear) and Bendix Ultimates all round. Driven by The Slothman™.
