That, my friend, if my eyes serve me correctly is a mil mi 24 Hind (can't make out exact model though)
um, I guess this means I DO have too much time on my hands....

Yeah thats definately a Hind, and going by the tail markings it looks to be Hungarian.

Also the Nato Airforces have a scheme called 'Tigermeet' basically most of the aircraft is painted in Tiger stripes, they have Hinds, F-15s, Tornados, F16s all in this scheme.
