I don't know about you guys but personally I love the looks of this car (of course I love the estimated figures as well bar the price), but it really makes you think that the stock monaro (kinda sounds weird like that doesnt it?) is a really plain looking car. And for a hater of the hsv coupes it makes me think that hsv are stupid not to have this styling as that for the gto and gts coupes. HOw can they design somethign so terrible then make a pearler of a car like this? It isn't way over the top, it isn't typical hsv stuff, but its pure horn.

p.s please forgive me for liking a holden.

i'm pretty much anti-holden myself.. but i give them a fair go and i'm never biased on these forums...
but i think the SSX looks heaps better! To a point where i'ld love to own one!
in my opinion the HRT car looks tacky with its cheap inserts here and there.

I saw the thing.. I wouldnt get too excited yet.. I dont think they will be registerable as the show car sat ..certain changes will have to be made... but yes..it IS a beast!

While not wanting to take anything away from Holden, didn't Ford show off a similar vehicle at Bathurst? The BA V8 supercar, a stripped out car with a powerfrul engine.

Just about a certainty. Leaking oil straight thorough the t/b into the mainfold, just like they all do.
