Well I asked for that! But youĺre right. The person that is in violation of HSV's intellectual property is actually the sign manufacture or person who changed or copied the original, not the owner of the car (unless they created the sticker of course).
Not that HSV would bother taking such action in an isolated case, however they would if someone was mass producing them for resale.
It could be argued that what appears on the sticker is in fact 2 separate items and the original HSV sticker is genuine and just happens to be placed above the other one.
You guys really wanted to know all this didn't you (NOT) lol
