Dougie the Pizza Hut delivery person,,, well not exactly Dougie but a female version ran into the back of my ute this afternoon.
I was waiting at a roundabout and I get this awful whack.
I look into the mirror and I see Dougette holding a freaking UBD.
We park over to the side road and she is driving a Pulsar.
She is sorry, says that she just had replaced her front grille from a previous accident. From that point I start to panic. She then tells me she has NO INSURANCE.
So I take a digital photo of both cars, get her details and drive off.
What really worries me is that does Pizza Hut check if their drivers have insurance on the cars?
The Government has made 3rd party insurance compulsary but how about 3rd party property damage?
This might push up the prices of pizza ( sorry Laminge ) but then you wouldn't have the problem of getting money out of these twits.
Any pics of the chick????......Definitely no. Just say she has eaten about 100 pizzas too many.
She won't be eating too many pizzas soon after she has seen the quotes I have gotten. How amny pizza deals are there in $1747.85?
Sorry to hear the news, hope your ute gets repaired back to A1 condition. If at worse she cannot pay for it, you can claim the damages on your own insurance without a penalty and let the insurance company chase up the costs of that person.
Let us know how it goes.

pizza hutt drivers are meant to have insurance which covers the car for work, becuase she was using the vehicle for work rather than personal use. from what i can remember, pizza hutt requires you to sign an agreement that you will not break road rules, have insurance on your car, etc. so if she has a strict boss, she just might lose her job as well.

I know Dominos offer full comprehensive insurance while working for $3 a week.
