I'll dispute that.

Wouldn't it be much simpler if we could all contact the faceless people we would like to talk to inside Ford rather than having to deal with the dickheads they have at the dealers.

I say get your whole workforce on the net Geoff, talk in real language to the real people and you wont be able to make enough cars to cater for the demand that would be created.

I've had enough of BS Mission Statements and Marketing speak.

I think it's fantastic that Geoff has taken the time to let us know what the BA's really like and to answer our feedback on the forum. I agree that it's definately good practice to put a human face on a huge company like FORD. Keep up the good work! :s3

Yes it's the real deal mate. We have confirmed his identity and we also met with Geoff last year as part of the 1st Forums Raid. Same for David Flint & a few other Ford people on the forums. at last count we had ~49 Ford/Tickford employees registered as well as some notable people from the Australian Media. You want news?
