dont know about anyone else, but i actually like the ford ka. it is unique designed...nothing else looks anything like it (in fact, i reckon there is a bit of au styling there...), it is loaded with nice things and a great size for big cities.
the ka's biggest problem IMHO is power...or lack of. the poor liettle beastie is powered by a derivative of the anglia motor.
i would not want to take one on huge distances, and towing would be plain silly:oo1: but if i lived in sydney, i would seriously consider one. after driving a few different cars over the last couple of days (BTW...i hate the pulsar...what a cheap and nasty POS) and having to park the fiesta in town, you appreciate the economy and functionality of the little cars.
still prefer my xr6, but if it wasnt so expensive (0% interest geoff???? please>>) then i would grab one tomorrow. and then bolt on some go faster bits...

Yeah, I think the Ka is quite cute but I much prefer the SMART. I've seen them in Europe and Asia and I reckon they're gorgeous. Hopefully Mercedes will import them here at a reasonable price. They even look really roomy in the inside (very important factor when you're over 2 metres tall!).
It reminds me of one of those coloured Apple Mac computers from behind.
I haven't heard a bad word said about them, except that they are a little under powered. Then again, I guess you wouldn't buy a car like that then expect it to run against Subarus and the like.

i do recall something like this, but wasnt it a readers poll to see which car was the best contraceptive????Vn was hands down winner. bulbous arse, bland styling, looks like it has been jacked up at the back....truly an unpretty car. and escorts are quicker

i dont mind the KA - reckon its a great little car for running round in. IMO if they have the bumpers colour coded they look pretty good (the ones with the grey bumpers look pretty average though!). There are a few companies in my town using them for promo vehicles - there is one for a radio station, 3 real estate ones, a pizza one, one for taco bills, and 1 for a fitness centre
havent sold too badly either for a car that ford didnt intend to be a big seller, just an image thing...
