Read I need a cheap LS1

Not for me but for my cousin.
He's looking at getting an VT2 LS1 Executive and is willing to spend up to $26,000.
I checked out LS1.com and there's a new guy on there that got one for $24,000 which is pretty cheap.
Does anyone know where he could get one for that price apart from the auctions?

Thanks.

Thast about the going rate for an Executive.

I paid $25,500 for mine, with a few warranty repairs needing attention. After that, it was sweet as...
