I need to be held !

I saw something that scared the living daylights out of me today at Sandown.

It was a BA with a menacing looking bulge on the bonnet.

That's right - an XR8 !

It was Phantom in colour & a Ford car - with all the messages dyno taped on the instrumentation panel.

To make matters worse, on the way home, still reeling from the experience, what do you think I saw coming towards me on the opposite side of the road?

It too was Phantom in colour & posessed that damn freaky looking bulge.

Needless to say, I turned into the first side-street & had a quiet sob.

But seriously, it looks like the XR8 is getting close to release.

NEVER!!!!! : : : : : : : :

mav - you're not alone mate, during the raid we saw a couple of XR8's / GT's at the proving grounds, and most of us dared not stand up from our seats!!! I think the appropriate terminology is that we all had "mahogany"

Can't wait!! I'll be driving one without a left arm, leg, and testicle, but it'll be worth it!!!
