Last weekend whilst driving in the country I managed to put my beautiful, beautiful, baby TEZA 68 sideways into a wall.......

We were travelling between Meadows and Mt Barker in the Adelaide Hills, when coming around a corner only doing about 60ks, the rear hit some loose stuff and we slid across a grassed area stopping up against the wall, the family were Ok but had to get trailered home as it broke the steering rack, Im so depressed.

But every cloud has a silver lining, a series 3 XR body kit is being ordered to replace the damaged series 2 one and my crash repairer has sourced a pursuit 250 nose cone to replace the damaged one, extra cost to be paid for by me, so it might work out Ok in the long run. It will be back on the road in about a fortnight.

I will post some piccies when I get them developed. Bugga who would think youd miss a car so much..... Anyone who has a spare XR8 to lend me for a few weeks can contact me on ....

I'd like to see how the Pursuit cone goes with the bodykit - wouldn't it look a little weird as they are different shapes and heights?

Mate, know what it feels like, very sorry to hear the news and for an accident to happen to someone who really baby's there car is very upsetting.

Hope repairs are up to A1 standards ie back like new, and the new pursuit nose cone turns out sweet.
