Can I have 2 questions?

First would be, can I change my scotch to bourbon please? :s2:

Second question, what "consumer testing" goes on with the reaction to the look of new designs? ie, How did the AU design not get hammered at this pre production stage?

(I personally love it, but the larger amount of people obviously do not.)
