yeh its only really bad when there are fibres in the air and u inhale them for prolonged periods of time.... u'll be fine! its a shame though... those asbestos pads were damn good pads im told

Nah youll be alright Asbestos is dangerous but really only if there is its dust flying around and even then it needs to be a fair bit and can cause cancer later in life, but you have nothing to worry about.
