Question Incorporate Club or Affiliate?

Our little Probe/MX6 group is getting to the stage where we may need to Incorporate or Affiliate. We beleive we have some legal exposures by organising social rums etc but also seem to need some structure. Would appreciate any comments that you guys have about incorporating our small group only 20 or so at this stage or affiliating with a group like NSW Street Machine Assoc (if they still exist can someon provide the contacts.
Any comments appreciated!

Agreed with Gaz on this one. If you go with CAMS, it makes liability insurance a possibility. We had to go through exactly this, and only recently did we get *FINALLY* sorted out! :D

Thumbs up

Thanks; I'll check out options with CAMS, is there someone in particular to talk to?
