I wanted to know about comprehensive insurance. Who are you guys insured with? Any companies that you recommend? That would be a great help!

Fleet insurance companies are the goods if your elligible.

- That is of course if you have a unique but stock car, or a driver that falls into one of the "higher premium" categories due to age.

- My bosses have Gt3s, NSXs and M5s under fleet insurance, even though these cars are not leased but owned outright.

Vigil/Shannons/Unique Car Insurance Services for classic and modified.

NRMA/Directdial/AGC for standard boring cars.

depending on the type of car you have. stock, well i am with RACV here in vic (NRMA everywhere else) its not too bad for someone my age. For mods shannons/just car etc...

I use Budget Direct for my TX3 & Vigil for my modded XD i haven't made a claim with either but there prices were the best.

Well the NRMA have my 2002 XR8 ute insured and they gave me a good value on it
The premium was only $1255 and I have had 2 claims 2 speeding tickets and am only 22. I thought this was a very good price.

Options for modified cars are
Just cars and shannons they allow most mods including blowers etc but you ll pay for their insurance .

I'm with nrma. My age is 23 and i have comp on my xa fairmont 302 for $241 a year valued around $10000. Prem is $800 because of my age.

I was with NRMA for years and found them to be excellent and very well priced. Only reason I'm not with them now is I moved back to Victoria.
I'm with Budget insurance now and found them to be pretty reasonable in price but I havent made any claims so I dont know how they will perform when I really need them.
