To me it looks like either an XR Territory or the FPV Territory.

A couple of images like these were part of the Territory design disucssion that was the first FDCMP event. They were a few of many design sketches we saw. Engineering constraints meant the Territory had to use the same light fixtures as the Falcon, so designers doodling with XR lamps would be a natural output from that.
