i`ve reading about the massive job losses comeing up for the FORD workers in the US.

not good at all.

i know that Ohio XB works for ford .

is there any body else here that work for the company and how do your jobs look.

This week Security tapped a couple supervisors on the shoulder and escorted them to labor relations. They were done. They were taken right off the floor while they were performing their jobs and not allowed to their desks.

Monday I go to a room and sit for 40 hours pay. It is that GEN pool you've probably been hearing about by now. That's cool with me, I get off of midnight shift that I have been on for the past 3 years! Now I will wait for enough Toolmakers to either retire or die for me to return to the floor, or if an openning comes up at the Cleveland plant I might go there. The worse case scenario for me is that I can go back to the assembly line where I came from. I have seniority to do so.
