If you read down the thread some of the members asked the same question. We'll just have to wait and see what the outcome of this is in court. He is still an active Member on the Viper forum where he has continually been "flamed" by new members from that corvetteforum.
This is a real shame as I was always a Fan of John Hennessey's products.

In any event you'd have to be brave or stupid to give him your car or money until these court cases have been settled.

Exactly, I can see this going for a long time. Oh well, there goes my chance of a 1000hp supercar, I guess I'll have to spend my money elsewhere.

how about it gary? if you sell your house, car and soul, you'll be able to afford one. :) i can understand why you like vipers - those things are WILD!
