JPG Image Resizing Program

Hi,

I am after a program that can resize multiple images at once (ie. from 1280*1024 to 640*480). I have found a couple on the 'net, but they don't have the features I'm after.

Here are my requirements:
must be able to resize multiple images all at once (ie. a whole directory of images)
must be free
must save in JPG
must retain high quality

Of the programs I found, they are either demos and won't let me save, they can save the images but lose quality, or will only do one image at a time - it's a pain in the butt when trying to save 100s of photos from the camera to a smaller size.

Thanks.
