VERY NICE, I saw the XT last night, but the XR is something different, it was in green. At Stillwell's, can't wait to see a XR turbo, but they will probably won't let me ever test drive a car again. Took my wife and kid and I swear my wife is still laughing at me now. Have'nt driven a manaul for years, STALLED IT TWICE, the salesman must have thought I was on drugs. I was definatetly on a high, but in between stalling, the car was racing, looks and feels good. I'll have to go to another car yard now and take another one for a drive. Hope its an auto. FORD ROCKS!!.

My old man works at Jarvis Ford in Hilcrest and drove a Futura, he reckons it's like driving a Jaguar. It doesn't ride, it glides !
Can't wait till he comes back from holidays, so he can take me for a spin in a XR6T !!

Boys, having driven the std 4.0, 4.0 turbo and 3v-v8 for many klms, I can tell you the turbo is the ducks guts. Once you have driven one, you had better get your finances in order because you wont want to give it back, you will be lining up at the door to buy one, they are fantastic.
I just drove a BA XT. And, oh my GOD!!! They are so smooth, so quite and powerful. The car is quality inside and out.
The car was at work as an evaluation car. There has been unprecedented interest in this car from the executives. And no one cares about the new Commodore.
