It is just a idea but I think it would be good to have a V8 section in the forum because when I look the The Garage - Mechanical and Exterior I have go thru a lot of 6 cy post before I find some thing that talk about V8’s . Yes I know there a lot more 6cy car then V8. I like to search the forum before I ask questions. Any way it just an idea.

Yes. Need to educate people on subject lines so that others know what the thread is about. Having a thread titled "Help!" or "How do I fix this?" is pretty useless. Give a short description in the thread title so people know what it's about and can jump in. Just my thoughts... :s5

Alternatively, John could re-enable thread preview again... (Pretty please...)

Heres a different idea to solve this prob.

I am no programmer/web designer so feel free to shoot me down if it is a dumbass idea.

To be applied to the garage areas only:

-when posting a new thread, a small list of check boxes or drop downs to select model, engine, tranny etc.

-these selections could then be displayed in or next to the title of the thread.

Dumbass or Cool? Please flame as required.
