Karcher pressure cleaner
Just had a real bonus.
Deceided to wash the cars today but I was not going to spend $8 each on an average wash at the local. So, being the good citizen I am (with stage 2 water restrictions) I did the bucket wash idea. Well, after 2 buckest of water I realised that this was the idea of some F'n idiot in Government who had never washed a car in his/her life.
So it was time to go buy a pressure cleaner (ok, I know, $16 would have been cheaper but the principle is sound...kinda).
Went to Bunnings to look at an $89 special which I quickly deceided was crap... not paying for it if it is crap.
Went home not very happy as the cars were going to have to stay dirty.
Wifey to the rescue!!!
She mentioned that Godfreys sells them... ok, I thought they did vaccuumes only too.
So off we trundle to see what they have, me being well aware that I did not have a lazy $200 just laying around (especially as I had just lashed out on her b'day gifts for tomorrow).
So what did we get? Well, a Karcher pressure cleaner ready to go for $99, and excellent service to boot. Seems they had a number of Karchers that had had problems and been returned. These had since been fixed and were on sale for $99 with a 3 month warrenty.
All I can say is what an excellent pressure cleaner at an excellent price. Not many left so if you want one I suggest getting down to the local Godfreys store and snapping one up!
