Well after mucking arround with my car trying to find power, i went for broke with the timing as NZ sujested 2months ago lol. Well i advanced it a total of 40deg from when i first got it running, and boy does it get up and move now. I can drop EF/L's no problem, and took down a VP V6 calais lastnight.
All of this is with the car breathing hot air from behind the radiator (no snorkel yet as ive still got EA thermostat housing), standard filter and dodgy stock EA exhaust with is more than likely colapsed 12yrold cat.

ahhhh good to hear it.... finally its going properly
So if I were to advance my timing by 40 degrees, would that make the old crate quicker? Isn't 40 degrees too much? Please explain to me here, I'm not that knowledgable when it comes to timing...
