When is the BA going to be released?

I've heard the 18th or 19th. Does anyone know the official date?

Apparently the day when u can walk in to a dealer and actually write up the paperwork for a new car will be on October 1st, but dealers will have some stock and demo's b4 then, even in the next week or so
The dealers have the drive days this week in Vic so they arent far off
