bro those straight blowers are nice but consider this

these are real leaf blowers
and vituraly half the price of a turbo that prolly could not produce this much power. another kicker is these leaf blowers draw fresh cold air and dont expend any of there own exhaust into the output tube. now think a turbo is connected to the exhaust "gets hot" the differnce in tempeture increase from intake to output with leaf blowers is so so minimal. thus no need for an intercooler.

i am going to run the throttle cable from the blower to the gas pedal, and rig in a tenson cable to a tiny serphitine belt to go around the blower that will attach and detach to start the leaf blower from inside the car and get another throttle body and run a lever from that to the cab to switch between normal air and leaf blown air. belive me i been thinking about it and ive got clearence under the hood to stuff it in after we gut it so its just the lil turbine and engine. maybe a hi flow breater for it air filter a lil tiny header and sum synthetic 2stroke. ill keep you guys posted but right now im still shoping around for a new/half decent work car so i can do sh** like leaf blown my tempo but even if i did get it working and it ads upwards of 10psi boost whats to say it wont blow right through the head gasket or melt the valves? what do u guys think, just do it?

Wot about an electric blower through an inverter? You could simply switch it on and off like NOS! You may well have gasket failures if it's used all the time. My question is about the mass air flow sensor? Anybody got a comment about that? I can just see it being blown off and right into the manifold.
