Levels under our names...

I've been gone for awhile now and I just got back, I am confused about what the level things are under our names. Also, when can we get an avatar or custom user title?

The levels show what level youre at, how often and active you post and so on..Im not sure about the avatar...Ill check. I think you need to have so many posts to have one.

My first car was a 67 Mustang Coupe, 2nd one was a 67 Cougar XR-7, 3rd one was a 66 Mustang Coupe. Why did I get rid of these cars for ? I know why, because I'm stupid, stupid, stupid.
