As a cynic you could say that all Lincoln's are a Ford trim level. Do like GM cars better? Remember all the sticker branding that went/is going on across the street in Detroit of the 40's- 90's? Or maybe Honda? The new Accord is just a Acura TL in different trim and some modified sheet metal. But then the Acura is a Honda everywhere but here isn't it?

So, yeah it's a trim level. With alot of additional parts, features, different engines, transmission, etc...
