Hey gals and guys...I know you have some rather unique sayings and I was hoping you could jot some down and translate? Im reading thru some of these posts and Im sorry to say I dont understand all the terminology. Thanks.

nothing in particular...just some random everyday sayings us Yanks dont use.

rough end of the pinapple - treated unfairly
come the raw prawn - when you think your being fooled
Raffertys Rules - no rules
rare as rocking horse **** - something that doesnt exist
sandgroper - west australian
sherbert - beer
spit chips - get angry
spine basher - some who sleeps a lot
no spring chicken - not young
got knobs on it - sux
stubbie - beer
tinny - beer
hard yakker - hard work

Heres some that i tend to use from time to time might not be the exact meaning of them but thats what i take them as:

No Dramas - no problems, all good
Shonky business - bad business
happy camper - a happy person
bodgying it up - doing a quick fix
cookin with gas - it's all ok
get tanked - get drunk

ehh err i'm sure theres heaps more but can't think of em at the moment.
