lol, i cant belive it, driving through a road, getting sumwhere, there is a red lite camera on the opposite side of the road, and we see a flash, and another.... and another, and another... this stupid tihng was taking pics of EVERY9ONE that went through a GREEN LIGHT now... is this a new form or revenue raising? GREEN LIGHT CAMERAS? so, when u get to a traffic lights, you cand go, u just stop, and dont move?
it flashed about 20 cars!
i can see this going to a current affairs or the news....
its on douglas??? st next to sandown raceway, near sandown station (do i need to mention the state? camera state)

You do realise that these cameras are dual purpose and take photos of people speeding as well?
So the idea is that if you speed to make the amber and get the red instead - you'll get two fines.

bloody hell... ITS FAULTY lots of ppl are ognna get fines, they arnt supposed to... its gonna b all over the news, adn the public will lose faith in the cameras, and demand they be taken down!

That camera was actualy flashing people for going thru the red light for the right turn, even tho they were, and are allowed to go straight in that lane. Seems someone didnt think it thru to much.
Its on the corner of Lightwood and Corrigan. I was actually just having a chuckle about it this morning and thinking about posting something about it. I see it every morning on the way to tafe.
