Smile Lowndes/Ambrose commercial

A few guys on www.conrod.com.au have said that there's a new Ford commercial with Lowndes and Ambrose.
Has anyone seen it and is it good?

Thumbs up

It's a good ad.

Lowndes is driving around the thunderdome in a red SR Falcon with ambrose as the passanger. Ambrose is jellous of Lowndes.

Would've looked better if they were in an XR8!

tis alright

i think its good that they used the SR falcon, because it puts normal falcons in a better light. lowndes and ambrose driving it suggests that its a sporty car.

Not everyone will buy an xr8/6 and car enthusists only make up a small percentage of total car owners.

Would have been better if Mark Skaife (or another Holden driver) was sitting in the passenger seat and getting jealous! Now that's talking $$$$$$$$$$!

Skaife couldn't sit in a passenger seat though.. He's a control freak remember.. which makes you wonder why he drives a GM when the whole country knows a Ford handles better.. :s6:

needs more inspiration and excitement

good to see these 2 finally in an ad, but the ad really lacks any sort of excitement. IMO its way too plain and uninspiring.

The latest escape ad it think is a real winner. Its the one with all the escapes playing soccer on the beach. Its great.

The Explorer ad is also good. The one where the 2 guys are playing golf and hit the ball from 1 mountain to the other.

Why cant they do something exciting and inspiring with the falcon???
