Well, having never owned an LPG vehicle, i thought i'd ask you guys about them.
What i'm wondering is the ins and outs of the systems, the pro's and cons etc.
In particular fuel economy. I know the main advantage is the cost per litre, but how do LPG vehicles compare in their consumption? As in, for eg: If a particular car uses roughly 14L/100km of Unleaded fuel, will it use about the same figure of LPG? More? Less?
Any interesting things?

I use 12.5L/100km on Regualar Unleaded
I use 16.0L/100km on LPG.

Never had any trouble with my LPG system - I have had it fitted for 2 years.

Pacemaker headers (Waste of money).
Air Intake: T-Series, K&N Filter.
Brakes: Calipers painted red, DBA slotted rotors & Lucas pads.
Windows: Tinted.
Gearstick: Shortened.
Fuel: Dual Fuel.
Dyno: 143 rwKw (Dynodynamics - shootout mode).
Heathcote: 15.87 @ 89.1 Mph.

Ahh ok, so it uses a tad more, but the cost would more than compensate i guess. What about performance? Is it much different?

Well I reckon, power is down about 5-10% on LPG.
But if you want, just flick it back over to petrol!

I think that performance on petrol could also be effected
though, because of extra restriction in the intake pipe.
I cannot be sure of the exact impact of this.
