Magazines

Ive got about 3 years of motor magazines in my room and i was wondering how other people store them and where...
i want to be able to drag them out sometimes but they take up a huge amount of room and im trying to free up space in my room...

Any suggestions would help...

Re: Magazines

Bookcase full of them.
My dad occasionally borrows them for the ads in them because he's doing a Masters or something. I have Motor, F1 Racing, V8X, Auto Action, Wheels, old NZ Autocar(its shite now), Performance Ford, few Ralph's and FHM's and the odd other motorsport mag, I have all F1 Racing's and V8x's since about 2001 and the other i have missed issues that I didnt like.

I dont really like Wheels and Nz Autocar now, too much other random crap. the others I judge if I like them in the shop.

Re: Magazines

Just have them all stacked in a bookshelf. Takes up about three rows.

Re: Magazines

I've got shitloads - going back to 1973, but only in earnest since '86 or so; like most weekly copies. Fortunately my Mum in England won't throw my things out - apart from my clothes... :o( The mags are there.Inc original Mk1 Escort RS2000, Golf GTI, etc etc. Good stuff. Tell ya what as well - shows how much motoring publications have evolved... Mostly good.

Re: Magazines

I know how you bloke's feel, I have every issue of SM since '89 till 2000, that's when I stopped buying them, to Holden biased for my liking.

Re: Magazines

Mine sit on my other table in my room, next to my TV and stereo. Every Wheels December 2001 - Now. Every Motor February 2002 - Now. Every Performance Ford from Volume 2 to now. Every Street Machine from March 2003 to now. Every V8X from September this year to now lol.

Also have every HPi from Number 19 to Number 46. They're a bunch of stupid hypocrite morons. Martin Donnon is an excellent examples. Writes about how shit Holden and Ford are in HPi, then turns around and writes about how excellent they are in Street Machine, and even builds an XR6 Turbo project car in Zoom!
