Magshop.com.au -> replace op with it!!!
Talk about the most bodgy ecommerce site i have ever come across. I saw an ad in motor magazine offering me the oppertunity to purchase previously released mags i never got around to purchasing from a newsagency.
Sure enough, i checked out the site and found a couple of interest that i thought i would order. One dated Jan 04 the DJR falcon - pretty cool, and another that i have no idea of because: 1. They did not send me a confirmation email stating what I had ordered. 2. They didn't send a picking slip to state what i ordered.
Interestingly enough, i'm not completely stupid and know full well that i didn't order the July 02 wheels mag titled "15 years of HSV Heroes". Ok ok, this mag did have one Ford article in it relating to the Ford Focus. Give a S&^%!!!! Who the hell do they think they're fooling!!! Oh he doesn't know what he ordered, lets just throw this crusty old non-selling edition into the envelope. PFFFFT, they thought wrong!!!
Not only was there no information on the packaging stating who the hell i ordered this from, i decided to refer back to my credit card statement. Hmmmmm, ACP Publishing. Do a search on the net, and i bet you'd be lucky to discover or remember magsh(it)op, was the site amoung 3 million others that you purchased these from.
They even give you the option to log on online, however, there is no option to check past purchase history to confirm what I actually ordered.
These guys are a pack of clowns and i wouldn't encourage anyone to buy from them. I'll give them a call tomorrow and for those who care, let you know the outcome.
