The EA Ghia was available as a manual but sales were low - and there was no V8 in those days anyway.
I strongly agree with Iphido's comment that a limited run of manual cars should be made from time to time. BMW made a limited edition manual V8 540i back in the early '90s, and obviously it was a success.
I think a manual Ghia is a good concept - not all of us want the big wings, huge price tag and so forth associated with T-Series, and a manual could even enhance the traditional Ghia strengths (cruising ability, performance, comfort).
