manual. None of my friends can drive one, so they don't even ask.

If there's one thing guys in Holdens hate more than being beaten by a Ford...
It's being beaten by a girl driving a Ford
Now gone to the AUSSIE forums
I work at a car dealership and the Manuals 9 times out of 10 go better and feel better then the Autos when comparing cars.
I don't ever plan on owning an Auto, I just bored in them, the only Auto's I don't really mind too much are the one's with Sports Shift, Like Magna's, Pajero's etc
Always manual. They save gas and I understand that if brake fluid runs out, you can try to crunch them into a lower gear in a desperate attempt to stop.
I drive as manual truck around town all day so by the days end it's nice to sink into comfy bucket seats and just cruise home without clutch in clutch out every ten feet, come to think of just think of the wear and tear in traffic!! Every one to there own whatever makes them happy
Depends on where I am. If I was living back in the country where my family are, definate manual. But after having driven a manual in Sydney peak hour for one year, I've switched to auto. So City=Auto, Country=manual for me.
Manual's are good, but try spending an hour to and then from work in traffic driving a manual...if you live in melbourne most know the monash car park....manual is no fun:( Saying that, if you can afford one of each this is good.
it all depends on the car. manual is fun to drive...but where i live you never know what to expect with traffic...sitting in crawling traffic for 3 hours isnt fun in a manual...if i could have 2 i'd take one of each...but the auto is more conveniant for me at the time.
Both of my knees are in pretty bad shape from playing baseball. Driving a manual is a lot of fun, but I can't do it everyday anymore. When I still had my F-250 diesel, I can remember many times when I had to use my hand to push my leg down to push in the clutch. So these days it's automatic for me.
