Can anyone help.

Attachments in email, for some reason, security is my guess, but it won't let me save the attachment. Something about "OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments"

It shows me the attachment is present, but won't let me select them.

I've gotten around this before, but I can't remember how. I know the attachments are safe, so i think this Laptop is being a wise guy.

Mate, I had the exact same problem, and got the answer right here on FF's......
You've come to the right place!

Open up Outlook Explorer, and click on 'Tools', then 'options', and then 'security'.

Unclick the tick on the box marked 'Do not allow attachments, etc, etc be a virus', and then click 'apply' and then 'ok'.

Your attachments should be right to go!

I usually run any attachments through my virus protection before i open them, just to be sure.

Thanks heaps for your help. It great to know that these security settings are pre configured, but finding them can be a pain when you wanna reverse it.
