im lookin at getting a new fone and as iam a dummy i was wondering wot the best camera video fone is at the moment.i prefer the flip types but i want a good one so flip or no flip.....any help ppl.

The new Nokia is pretty good.. 6230. I was playing with a friends last night. The video is very smooth for a camera phone, and the photos are nice and clear. Its not a flip type though. Why dont you just go into a Telstra or Optus dealership and see what they've got on display.
NEC E808. It may be huge, but its better then a pocket PC! My friend has one (from 3) and its quite excellent.. videos are very clear, and photos are as good as his brother's $1000 Sony Digicam from that phone...

How much do you want to spend and whos your carrier
i believe the Motorola v525 (or new motorola range) has one of the best cameras on the market...640x480. its also a flip phone...exclusive through Vodafone.
there could be a better camera out there...just haven't seen it yet

The Sony Ericssok K700i is a great phone.
but the best one out on the market currently is the Nokia 7610.
This phone has got memory expanson and a 1.3 mega pixel camera.
I too am looking at the K700 casue i just love the sony ericsson phones
