Do you think it would be a good move to have all results of any Polls only visible once you have already voted? I think it would be a better thing for a couple of reasons 1}you encourage people to vote 2} I think it creates a much more individual opinion rather than anyone voting on whats so far the going result. Who knows might even encourage a few non participants to join? Just a suggestion.
I don't think it matters that much. The polls are anonymous so if you vote against the grain no one will know, and some people might not want to vote (due to apathy or their option not being available) but still see the results.
Just my 2c...

What DR. XR was getting at is should the results only come available when and if you vote. It's a good thought, but I think leave it, because people like me are often indecisive but like to see what everybody else votes for.
Thanks Chevypower you understood me. But what you said is my point its good for nobody to know what has been the popular choice voted for already and if indesicive not have your opinion influenced by previous results. As for some people not wanting to vote due to lack of interest then if they are not interested enough to need to see a result in my book. Therfore encourages voting. Results can be open to only those who voted or when a poll closes. I have no doubt Ford look at some of these polls and im just thinking of way to have them more accurate.
