Seen yesterday on the side of the Princes Hwy just outside of Geelong... Red VX Monaro sitting on the side of the road.

Half an hour later, same red Monaro seen loaded on the back of an RACV tilt tray.

This thread is not here to stir up the Ford/Holden debate (Goodness knows I wouldn't be the one to start anything like that!) All cars are mecahnical objects capable of breakdowns, this one just stood out because it was such a new vehicle I suppose. I would post the same thing if I had seen a T3 in the same situation.

T3 failure, makes me think of the John Bowe article in Blueprint #1 in which he was given a T3 to drive it till it broke, it didn't.

Also saw a VX SS parked on the side of the freeway the other night, with bonnet up. Getting to be a familiar sight!!!!! :)

Reminds me of the drive back to Sydney from the 75th Party in Geelong; there were 7 Holdens broken down on the drive from Geelong to Albury.
It was just a great weekend to be a Fordie!!
