I HATE MICROSOFT!!!!

I cannot change my display name when i'm logged into msn messenger. Why? Because i am unable to verify my email address with Microsoft. Apparently they sent me an email (2 days ago) to confirm the email address i supplied them with is mine. It never arrived!!

Anyway, each time I log onto MSN i get this stupid message. Can anyone tell me how I can request they resend the confirmation email? I've tried re-creating the account, but it wont let me because it already exists!!!!

HELP!!



How patronising are these instructions?
1. Go to your inbox. Yeah i know how to check my *&^%ing e-mail numb-nuts!
2. Read the email message. If i didn't know how to read, i wouldn't be on the internet!!!!
3. Click the link in the email message to verify you have recieved it. Ok *&^%head, what if i didnt recieve it? You sent it 2 days ago. Nothing. Zip. Nada!!!
